I have a strong passion for food, nutrition, and health which I incorporate into my professional and volunteer work. Although my background is in human resources, I pursue opportunities to apply my nutrition knowledge and help others learn about healthy eating.
Currently, I am doing voluntary work with a community cooking project where I help plan nutritious and affordable meals, educate participants on balanced diets, lead cooking classes, and organise food donations. Additionally, I lead a group of adults with learning disabilities in cooking food for a local warm café, teaching kitchen skills and preparing ingredients.
In my nutritionist role, I have experience coordinating various nutrition initiatives and ensuring they align with key goals, timelines, and budgets. I monitor food and nutrition trends and competitor activities to implement proactive strategies that set my projects apart. My collaboration skills are excellent from working across diverse teams to drive continuous progress on each nutrition campaign and event I oversee.
I am dedicated to promoting health through proper nutrition. My HR expertise combined with my passion for food and nutrition enables me to develop impactful programs and inspire positive lifestyle changes. I am excited to further apply my skills in future nutrition-oriented roles.
