• Write comprehensive in-house and out-house Breach reports for Court on behalf of Probation Officers

• Drive the Pilot Model to improve enforcement outcomes for Probation and reduce court time.

• Quality Assure Breach reports, providing advice and amendments to Probation Officers

• Write reports in accordance within sentencing guides in accordance in legislation

• Prepare trials

• Management of a large caseload of over 40 high risk violent and sexual offenders both in custody and in the community
• Reduced recidivism through providing professional advice, referrals and written assessments on risk management to the Court, Prison, Parole Board, Social Services, Visor, Police, Victim contact units and other professionals.
• Performing timely safeguarding duties in accordance with The Probation Service statutory responsibilities and policies, informing risks posed to children in child in need and child protection meetings.
• Delivering toolkit interventions to support people with complex criminogenic needs and risks including: substance misuse, mental health difficulties, domestic abuse and unhealthy sexual thinking.
• A delegated point of contact in the office for three specialised roles, the Personality Disorder Pathway, Engaging People on Probation and the Integrated Offender Manager team.
• As a the offices Woman's lead, promoted diversity and inclusion of females on probation by co-running a separate office for women, promoting the use a trauma informed approach.
