Louise Ozturk

Summary

Dedicated and experienced professional with over 25 years of unwavering commitment to supporting individuals with learning disabilities who may also present behaviours that challenge. I am driven by a deep-seated desire to empower individuals to break the cycle of adversity and reach their full potential.

Throughout my extensive career, I have honed my skills in understanding and addressing the unique and often complex needs of the individuals I support.

In equal measures, my academic studies in psychology/forensic psychology and my own personal life experience, have led me to a transition in career focus towards mentoring and supporting individuals with learning disabilities and young people who are vulnerable to becoming involved in the criminal justice system. Although I still have much to learn in this area I bring with me a wealth of knowledge and experience that is adaptable to both adult and youth support along with unyielding commitment to creating a positive impact and promoting a brighter future for the individuals I support.
