I have lived experience of addiction and have undergone some training in Alcohol and Drug Awareness at Level 1. I am currently taking further training in this area to Level 3. I have some volunteer work experience with CGL (Change Grow Live) in Ashton and am keen for a career move into this area of work. I believe I have many transferable skills from my work in education that will be valuable.

  • Planned and oversaw specialist film screenings in conjunction with the local community and schools featuring local archival material and film work produced in school. 
  • Organised and led film-making workshops in conjunction with The Tyneside Cinema in Newcastle.
