During the Covid pandemic I was redeployed to the Covid research team. This allowed me to be involved in recruitment to Covid vaccine studies and other Covid studies which included recruiting patients from wards and other departments. I was in charge of the Covid research team for a particular ward fro approx. 6 months. The work involved managing clinics, visits and ensuring patient safety according to strict protocol requirements.
