People & Culture Leader EMEA

Summary

Louise Henry - People Leader

Professional , able to work independently with minimal direction, e.g. Single HR point for 140 people remote working for the first time in the pandemic. Now working to grow EMEA for a scale up ( 250 now at 560)

I have worked for start up, scale up and family owned businesses ( never again) and can work diplomatically for all stakeholders including SLT.

Holding an intuitive ability to see behind the facade and have a real interest in the person behind the job title. My work demeanor is relaxed and confident and I look for my team to culture ‘add’ rather than culture ‘fit’. however, when the need to be commercial arises, fully able to change tack, recently did 61 layoffs, whilst on holiday. Now looking for a move to a senior people position within a collaborative start/scale up. Creating collaborative cultures is essential and enjoyable particularly increasing participation for under-represented groups in the work space within a matrix organisation.

Seeking a full-time tech , remote position that offers professional challenges utilising interpersonal skills, excellent time management and problem-solving skills. To seek and maintain full-time position that offers professional challenges utilizing interpersonal skills, excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
