I work alongside the rest of the branch team to achieve our our business plan which involves working alongside our corporate and private banking mangers.
I complete all the paperwork for lending facilities especially on the private side before, during the credit approval and afterwards through to the drawdown of the facility which has now given me a better understanding of the credit process.
I also assist the private banking team with annual reviews, speaking with the client and updating any changes.
I aim to go to all customer meetings when onboarding a new client so that I can start the process from the beginning and follow it through providing the high levels of customer service at the forefront of everything I do.
I am also the wealth champion for the branch and keep my colleagues up to date with any changes at regular team meetings.
