  • Belfast International Airport — Store open
  • I relocated from West Yorkshire to Belfast in September 2021 to open the new store in Belfast International Airport.
  • This store was purchased from Superdrug along with staff. Pre-open my role involved TUPE transfer of Superdrug staff, transition and integration into the Boots system as well as training.
  • I supported non compliant stores and managed them through the Christmas period, one of these stores being the biggest Christmas retail business in Northern Ireland.
  • These duties were hand in hand with a heavy involvement in the planning and implementation of the new store including everything from initial stock orders, layout planning, design meetings with construction and design teams.
  • I was a key contact coordinating all of the above with key stakeholders outside of Boots and being a liaison between the airport board and Boots.
