This internship program provided exposed to many different areas of equine work in a busy, fast-paced, practice with an annual caseload of approximately 6000 (Approx. 3750 surgeries, 2000 lameness's, 500 internal medicine cases, 150 neonates).

  • Caseload 70% thoroughbred, and 24/7 care to Coolmore Stud and their Ballydoyle training centre
  • Hospital based 85% of the time: Rotated between surgery, anaesthesia, lameness and medicine
  • Performed over-ground URT dynamic endoscopy assessments
