  • My responsibilities when I started was to navigate claimants around the online system now created to help with receiving benefits this included answering journal messages and phone calls
  • After one year as an AO I was promoted to a EO this is a manager role where I was in charge of a team of 13 I am responsible for scheduling team meetings, communicating with different departments and organising weekly communication between the case mangers and the work coaches so we can all be one collective team
  • I also had a duty of care to our customers and the staff in my team which I included daily team meeting just a check in as some of us were remotely working
