Set up venues to meet customer requirements and provided manual assistance with setting up each different layout that was required, chosen specifically by the client. I also had to cater for every event and this was a fast paced-job as I had to go around and actively waiter with food, drinks, etc. Engage with every person to better understand their needs and deliver excellent service during each event. These events would range from being corporate to social, so I could see how important every detail mattered in our tasks.
