My role at LPS Fabrications as a labourer is to assist the more experienced staff in helping with their daily tasks and ensuring they get completed to the highest standard. This includes using accurate measuring skills whilst cleaning and preparing units ready to be used. Furthermore, I ensure the factory is clean and tidy at all times whilst clearing away any potential health and safety hazards. I use exceptional communication skills with my whole team at all times to complete tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
