In this role, I handled cash transactions, trained new staff, took customer orders, and prepared drinks. I also stocked, organised, and cleaned the bar area, tapped and replaced beer kegs, and resolved customer enquiries calmly and professionally.

• In this position, I washed and put away cookware, utensils and dishes. Maintained a high degree of hygiene in the kitchen by thoroughly cleaning the dishwasher, floors, and surfaces.
