I deliver a luxury guest focused bar experience within the worlds leading boutique hotel, renowned for it's relaxed fine dining and attention to detail. This job involves working in a high pressure, fast paced environment serving a diverse clientele which include high net worth guests, international visitors and private venue attendees.
My job responsibilities include:
- Preparing and serving high quality beverages to a very high standard.
- Providing personalised, attentive customer service whilst also not being remaining professional.
- We change our 8 seasonal cocktails on our menu seasonally which requires extensive research into methods of producing different flavours and tastes.
- Building relationships with guests to ensure a returning guest.
- Maintaining impeccable cleanliness, stock control and all health and safety compliances.
