Throughout the project, Louis provided ongoing cost advice on anticipated changes, prepared monthly cost reports, carried out the valuation of completed works, and successfully agreed the final account.

Chelsea Barracks Phase 4 - Building 7 Fit Out - £C

Comprising 19 super-prime apartments and considered the most prestigious of the three buildings in Phase 4, Louis joined the project at RIBA Stage 2 and worked on the scheme up to starting on site. Louis played a key role in the preparation of cost plans, market testing, managing the competitive tender and assisting with the tender recommendation report.

Currently involved at RIBA Stage 3, Louis is responsible for the fit-out element of the cost plan, including detailed cost planning, coordination with the design team, and ensuring alignment with budget requirements as the design develops.

Responsible for the production of the Order of Cost Estimate for the Briggens House project. The scheme comprised the conversion of multiple Grade II listed buildings into high‑quality houses and apartments. His role included benchmarking analysis, assessing risk and coordinating with design stakeholders to ensure cost accuracy at an early stage.

All Saints Pastoral Centre - £48m

Louis produced the Stage 2 cost plan for the redevelopment of All Saints Pastoral Centre. The scheme included the conversion and refurbishment of 6 buildings into apartments, the refurbishment of 3 houses, the conversion of a chapel into a gym and associated external works.

Swingate Phase 1a - £46m

Acted as Quantity Surveyor during the construction phase of this £46m residential development, comprising 261 new‑build apartments and associated external works. His responsibilities included cost reporting, undertaking valuations, change management, and supporting the project team to maintain budget alignment through delivery.

CAT B office refurbishment to multiple PWC Offices across the UK. Louis supported the team in measuring and cost estimating for the Order of Cost Estimates and the Stage 3 & 4 cost plans which involved extensive market testing with the specialist supply chain. Value engineering was also undertaken when required to ensure design and budget were aligned.

Shepherdess Walk - £45m

Stanhope

A cut and carve commercial scheme, including CAT A and CAT B office refurbishment. Louis was involved from start on-site date right through to completion.
