As I have been the captain of my local football team, I have learnt how to work with teammates and motivate them to try and win I enjoy being a leader as I can delegate tasks to what suits best for each individual teammate Addition to this throughout school i have developed skills of teamwork including being part of both the rugby and cricket team for 7 years
