In this role, I took ownership of Anchor Security Bollards’ social media across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. I developed and ran targeted paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager to reach homeowners and businesses concerned about vehicle security

I produced platform-specific content focused around car theft prevention. To improve consistency and performance and made a content calendar across all platforms and acted as the first point of contact for enquiries generated through social media and ads.

Alongside paid advertising, I led the creation of high-performing short-form organic content for Anchor Security Bollards across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook. This content focused on visually demonstrating the product in an engaging, educational, and highly shareable way.

The content I planned and executed generated over 100 million views, across all platforms with the top-performing TikTok reaching 33.6 million views alone and over 75 million views on youtube. This level of exposure significantly increased brand awareness nationwide, establishing Anchor Security Bollards as a highly visible and recognisable name in the vehicle security space. The surge in attention translated directly into business impact, driving a substantial increase in inbound enquiries and leads through organic social media.

• In my role at The Search Co, I was responsible for building and growing the company’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, managing both paid and organic social media activity.
• As I was naturally comfortable with the all the relevant social media platforms I began developing my skills for mastering engaging content and well preforming ads.
• I planned and ran targeted ad campaigns through Meta Ads Manager to promote live job roles and generate candidate leads, while also creating engaging organic content to keep the brand active and visible across all platforms. I introduced a posting schedule to bring consistency to our social output, ensuring content was aligned with recruitment needs and business goals. Alongside campaign management, I handled inbound enquiries and leads generated from my ads and direct messages responding directly to candidates and helping move them through the recruitment process. This role gave me hands-on experience in using social media not just for content, but for lead generation.

• I joined The Search Co as a Recruitment Administrator. My main duties as an Administrator was imputing candidates details in to the company’s database. This involved taking personal details from a candidates CV and transferring it along with the CV into a database. A common occurrence was finding some candidates had missing information on their CV. This required me to contact the candidate by phone or email and ask for the missing details.
• After spending 5 months as an Administrator I was offered a position in Recruitment Resource. This required me to actively search the market for relevant candidates who may be interested in a particular job role. I used databases such as Total Jobs and CV Library along with the company’s own to contact candidates over the phone. Upon finding suitable candidates I would contact them and explain the job role in further detail. If interested I would pass on all their details and CV to my hiring manager.

• During my time at The Works I was tasked with assisting incoming customer enquiry’s over the telephone. My main role was processing refunds/replacements for existing orders.
