- Developing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) to ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and contractual agreements.
- Creating and reviewing Manufacturing Instructions
- Analysing fault reports to identify recurring trends, asses root causes, and determine appropriate corrective actions to improve manufacturing processes.

- Managing engineering change requests within the production environment, ensuring effective implementation and organisation of rework and maintenance plans.

- Operating manufacturing execution systems such as Mestec in the Avionics cell.
- Applying a variety of fault finding methods in a production and repair environment.
- Testing and evaluating equipment performance to determine maintenance needs.

- Rotating across multiple sectors of the company including Avionics manufacturing test and repair, manufacturing assembly, through life support engineering, planning, procurement, analyst and LEAN
