- In depth understanding of various product Lifecyle management tools such as TeamCenter and Palma Windchill.

- Utilising Manufacturing tools such as Oracle and B1.

- Suggesting improved test methodologies for high power naval products.

- Operating manufacturing execution systems such as Mestec in the Avionics cell.

- Applying a variety of fault finding methods in a production and repair environment.

- Testing and evaluating equipment performance to determine maintenance needs.

- Applying critical thinking skills to solve problems and address challenges.

- Rotating across multiple sectors of the company including Avionics manufacturing test and repair, manufacturing assembly, through life support engineering, planning, procurement, analyst and LEAN

- Embracing feedback from supervisors and peers to improve performance.

- Following all health and safety protocols to safeguard team and company assets.
