- Regularly liaised with external contractors (BT, Fujitsu, Waymont Consulting), setting up tech calls to fault-find the wider network.

- Became a STEM Ambassador as a secondary duty during most of my time at RAF Marham.
- Spent three and a half years as a STEM Ambassador, visiting multiple schools and colleges each year.
- Taught a wide age range of children, from as young as eight to as old as eighteen with the objective being to inspire them to get into a STEM Career.
- Gave lessons on machine learning, robotics, and coding and giving examples of real life use for these as well as workplace examples within the RAF.
