I am a coss ( controller of site safety I started my railway career in the maintenance gang undergoing task such as changing rail and changing sleepers.
I now lead a team in inspections.

i currently take out a gang of 3
I am also an engineering supervisor my understanding of safety and communication are at the highest level.
