This demonstrates just how determined I am and what a hard-working individual I can be.   • Men United Against Suicide CIC - Men United Against Suicide football club is a weekly get together – centred around the football games we play but with time built in either side for us to talk openly, ask for help or signpost individuals to the right places to get the help they need - in essence we are a suicide prevention group The idea was to give people in our community a safe and inclusive environment to get away from the stresses of everyday life. A place where people can get some exercise, but no only that a place where people can talk, laugh and share and have fun at the same time – away from any stigma Away from the pitch we Have Monthly talking therapy sessions where we open up ( not as easy as it sounds ) and occasionally invite Guest speakers. We also use this time to plan our matches and fundraising activities and discuss ways to give back to the wider Manchester community
