Forming and maintaining strong connections with a range of suppliers.

Producing an extensive range of shoots from end to end, focusing on delivering concepts as briefed by the Head of Creative.

Creating comprehensive shot lists, call sheets, production maps and schedules; ensuring all teams are briefed with any required movements and changes through the day.

Negotiating rates to align with shoot budgets and propose deals to align with companies best interest.

Working with Agents and suppliers to negotiate contracts and submit necessary legal documents.

Producing international shoots alongside local Production teams.

Scouting, presenting and permitting locations in line with the creative.

Managing and maintaining a busy set, ensuring all teams are on schedule.

Handling all shoot logistics, including but not limited to catering, , equipment hire, travel, hotels, Carnets and location prep.

Working alongside the Art Director to produce all E-Commerce
shoots and Campaigns.
Arranging all logistics to and from set for the safe delivery of
wardrobe and any additional props and equipment.
Communicating and coordinating across teams in the run up to
shoots, ensuring that all necessary information is communicated
and actioned.
Producing call sheets and shot lists to ensure the smooth running of
a busy, fast-paced E-Commerce set.
Creating look boards and ensuring that the set is running on time to
ensure all looks are styled and shot correctly and on time.
Creating strong on set relationships with all freelancers to ensure
that the team are all working cohesively and effectively.
Communicating timelines to freelancers to ensure all deliverables
are recieved in good time.
Communicating any retouch notes with the post production team
and ensuring any reshoots are communicated and accounted for.
Model casting to align with seasonal direction and ensuring that
diversity is upheld throughout the year across shoots.
Communicating all invoices to Accounting to ensure payment.
Acting as on set stylist across all shoots, ensuring garments are
steamed and shot correctly.

Working alongside stylists to prepare and dress all models
Ensure that all necessary looks where styled and shot according
to the studio and on set targets
Handling all product from buyers to post-production teams to
ensure that no damage occured.
Multi-tasking across a busy E-Commerce set to ensure that
production ran smoothly.
Working across teams to make sure all deliverables were
recieved, all product shot correctly and all teams were able to
meet targets.
Forseeing any issues that may arise on set and handling these
prior to any issues.
