This training is designed to assist staff in preventing and intervening in crisis situations. the training focuses on de-escalation skills including restrictive and non-restrictive intervention techniques.

This training provides nurses with education to train newly qualified nurses when they start practising. It provides knowledge to support and educate, cultivate and hone their skills, through effective supervision, mentorship and leadership training.
