For example; my team leader has placed certain responsibilities on me such as as asking me to encourage others within my team to work together to meet our collective KPI's. The Leadership Team often rely on me to ensure that the store looks the best that it can in terms of stock visuals as well as ensuring all stock is rotated in date order. I have demonstrated my ability to work well within a team by collaborating efficiently with team members whilst being a role model for my colleagues. I have also provided excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection and handling requests with friendly, knowledgeable service and support and achieving positive customer feedback. In addition, I have effectively dealt with customer complaints and queries by resolving their issues,professionally and promptly during both busy and quiet periods. I provide efficient checkout service with high levels of customer care and adhere strictly to store policies and procedures such as "Challenge 25".

I have participated actively in staff meetings contributing valuable insights towards improving store performance.

I always complete my tasks within my deadlines with efficiency and attention to detail. I am proactive in my work and am able to multi-task such as completing stock adjustments where necessary; whilst also completing other diverse tasks within the store, such as helping customers. I maintain a tidy work space in order to minimize the risk of injury to customers or colleagues and ensure that all health and safety regulations are complied within the store premises at all times, such as wearing safety boots, wearing the correct uniform and adhering to manual handling guidelines.

This role has given me a broad experience of team work, dealing with internal estate holders and boosted my confidence for the next steps in my career.
