Lola Crawford

My name is Lola Crawford. I am 16 years old and live in Knutsford with my family. I would portray myself as a very hard-working, confident, determined and approachable individual. I love socialising and meeting new people. I have lots of experience in waitressing, and more recent experience of bartending, both of which have overtime made my customer service and communication skills outstanding. I am also very reliable; never having a day off in my history of working. I would also perceive myself as being significantly flexible, always covering shifts when needs be and working when suited to my managers. Furthermore, I am very calm and collective, working very well under pressure and always assuring that tasks are done to an exceptional level. My experience in babysitting has also given me many traits of patience and problem solving, always being able to communicate to a high extent and fix difficult situations in a professional and mature manner.
