At this job, I serve hundreds of customers per shift and work with my colleagues to ensure that high-quality customer service is delivered. My roles include preparing and serving beverages, serving food, preparing desserts, processing payments, and clearing tables swiftly whilst ensuring that the restaurant is clean and safe for customers.

My roles included washing dishes and kitchen equipment under time pressure to support the smooth running of kitchen operations. I maintained high standards of hygiene by thoroughly cleaning kitchen areas, including floors, surfaces, and equipment.

This job required me to greet customers, take bookings, deliver beverages and meals, clear tables, as well as assist with closing duties. I was able to provide excellent customer service by providing a welcoming atmosphere and engaging in friendly conversations with customers.
