After being made redundant I quickly secured another apprenticesip opportunity at Speedwell Kia. I completed all my training with excellent results in each block, and have gone on to become a very capable technician.

I have proven myself by completing a range of jobs such as: engine rebuilds, gearbox rebuilds, timing jobs and electrical diagnosis.

Further to this, I achieved my air conditioning qualification, my level 3 qualification in hybrid and EV vehicles, and also my MOT license.

I am always looking to expand my knowledge and capabilities by taking on new tasks, and completing training to help progress my career.

For a brief period I worked at Ocean BMW as an apprentice technician, where I learned basic skills involved in becoming a technician and discovered what a career in the motor trade could hold. This sadly came to an early end due to Covid-19 causing issues with funding for my training.
