Her extensive experience in Project and Change Management and her commitment to People Development, particularly within the youth and graduate domains, have proven invaluable. As a leader and manager, Lizzie has played a pivotal role in nurturing and advancing several industry teams. She adeptly handles high-profile clients, skilfully navigating cultural nuances and political sensitivities whilst working with clients in the Middle East. All while ensuring the delivery of top-tier services through collaboration with third-party vendors. Lizzie's forward-thinking approach extends to her use of cutting-edge media, which she employs to foster engagement and gather feedback during brainstorming sessions, stakeholder interactions, and networking events. She has facilitated multiple Learning from Experience Workshops within Turner and Townsend, the Ministry of Defence and Defence Nuclear Enterprise. Additionally, her dedication to service extends beyond the professional realm: since 2015, she has served as Officer Commanding of a Royal Signals troop with the Army Reserve. Her Army experience, coupled with her work with the MOD has allowed her to successfully cross over to working on military programmes as a contractor with seamless integration.
