Summary

I am a reliable worker, with a background in Teacher Assistant and support worker. I am enthusiastic and positive about the work I do, with 12 years of experience in working in schools. I am proud of the work I have done. I currently have two jobs which are IT support and administrative support. Working in IT I am more confident with computers and there operating systems and working in admin has help me better my communications skills and computer literacy. I have been working at Ling Bob school for over 10 years doing many different jobs and now I feel I am able to move on with different skills I have accumulated. I have two very clever and beautiful girls which in my opinion are growing up with the right attitude to better themselves for their change to adulthood. Myself and husband do everything to give the the stable home and with that I feel I can help others that maybe less fortunate or just need a bit of help in the right direction.

  • I work in a school office typing, updating records general administration work.
  • Record keeping of children with allergies ensuring they are accurate and up to date for filling our duty of care requirement.
  • I organise clubs for the children which I speak to third parties.

  • I create logins and password for staff and children to sign in. Which helps any safeguarding issues that may arise and know who has logged on to something that may call for concern.
  • I keep up to date records of all our IT equipment
  • I help and support Teachers with their iPads and laptops when they struggle. Which can be daily with our new system
  • I update all IT equipment in our ICT room for children and staff IT equipment
  • I make sure everything is running well with the IT for the hall which is where we have assemblies.
  • I am on standby for any IT issues that can happen at any time.
  • I have good communication stills as I work close with the Calderdale IT to make sure the server and equipment.
