Summary

HR Business Partner with a fair, practical and people centred approach. I support managers to make balanced decisions and focus on creating steady, fair and people centred outcomes.

My company was acquired by AMCS in May 2025 and I moved into the HR Business Partner UK Region role in July (TUPE in October). Since then I have supported integration, led TUPE communications for 118 employees and built scalable frameworks that strengthen the employee experience.

I recently completed my CIPD Level 7 (awaiting certification), specialising in Managing in an International Context. I have supported employees in France and Australia and now work closely with the wider global HR team at AMCS as I continue to grow my cross regional HR experience.
