  • Email reports to the right recipients, alert allocated teams or allocated workers to help gain access to services to those members of public mentioned on the report i.e refer them to Community Mental Health Team, Social Services, Housing, Trading Standards, GP etc
  • Update daily activities on main database
  • I designed local excel database system to monitor my work, record on all actions taken on a daily basis, maintain & update it regularly as I deal with large numbers of reports so as to track every action when necessary
  • Respond to email enquires on outlook, phone enquiries via Skype & video calls via MSTeams
  • The role requires great attention to detail, the ability to analyse critical information, speed and accuracy as large numbers of Police / LAS reports are dealt with daily and timely, efficient action with no error is vital
