• Site planning, monitoring and execution.

• Carry out Risk Assessments and Toolbox Talks in order to maintain OSHA rules.

• Performing ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and other installed systems.
• Oversee, schedule, coordinate, and perform maintenance and repair of equipment and systems
• Estimated materials costs and sourcing requirements for project feasibility.
• Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations.
• Assigning schedule for planned, reactive & corrective maintenance on all MEP( Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) assets and systems.
• Manage and support engineering technicians group to reach established goals.
• Maintain employee's technical competence and strive for excellent customer service.
• Communicate directly with the operation team to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas.

• Supervising overall mechanical works (Piping, structure, Plumbing and fire fighting).
• Planning and scheduling job for labors and reports the daily site work.
• Preparing site quotations as per given shop drawings.
• Assisting troubleshoot maintenance works for chiller, air handling units, cooling tower piping and plumbing fittings.
