Summary

With extensive experience across Retail, Recruitment, Administration and Higher Education, I have developed a diverse skillset that allows me to adapt quickly within fast-paced environments. I have developed strong administrative, data management, and stakeholder liaison skills. My work in recruitment and academic administration has strengthened my ability to manage complex data systems and support key operational processes effectively.

In my most recent position at The College, Swansea University (TCSU), I led initiatives to streamline operational procedures, enhance communications, and deliver high-impact support services. I developed and implemented student engagement strategies, managed data-driven administrative systems, and collaborated closely with academic and professional staff to resolve issues and improve service quality. These experiences have strengthened my ability to understand the bigger picture while managing detailed work, maintain high standards of accuracy, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

I hold a degree in Business Management with a specialisation in Operations and Supply Chain Management, providing a solid foundation in commercial principles, process improvement, and strategic thinking. I am committed to continuous learning, embracing change, and delivering solutions that meet organisational needs; qualities essential for success in structured development programmes such as the Ministry of Defence’s Defence Commercial Graduate Programme. I am eager to apply my skills to support commercial excellence, contribute to impactful procurement and contract management activities, and grow into a professional commercial officer.
