Assisting teachers in the planning and implementing of individual learning programmes including the development of independent working and positive learning attitudes .

Promoting positive behaviour in line with the school policies.

Maintained comprehensive records of each child's progress; noted developments at regular intervals.

Guided positive behaviour amongst children through role-modelling appropriate actions and manners.

Delivered high-quality childcare by maintaining a safe, clean and nurturing environment.

Supported individual learning needs of each child by implementing personalised strategies and plans.
