Summary

As a person, I am curious, open-minded and enthusiastic. I’m self-motivated, friendly, outgoing, patient, hard-working, strive to achieve the best in all areas, and am eager to learn new skills to advance my career.

I am committed and enthusiastic, and keen to learn from others, as well as sharing my own experiences and knowledge.

I can work as part of a team and on my own initiative; I have had opportunities to work with colleagues to establish a shared understanding of goals, aims and aspirations through discussion, in team meetings and in clear communication. I am committed to my career and to my work and always prepared to go the extra mile for the benefit of the organisation.

I am flexible, committed and an enthusiastic individual to do whatever necessary to support the development of the organisation. I strive to achieve the best in all areas, and am eager to learn new skills to advance my career. I feel that my hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm has supported my passion to make a difference and a positive impact on the work I undertake. I intend to pursue my career by developing further skills and knowledge and I see this application as an opportunity to pursue this ambition. I thoroughly enjoy the job I carry out everyday, and enjoy solving new challenges I am faced with.

My hard work, dedication and enthusiasm have supported my passion to make a difference and a positive impact on the organisation I work for. I can remain calm during stressful situations and have had many opportunities to expand my communication and listening skills through experiences. I always maintained a high degree of professionalism, and ability to stay calm and be sympathetic where necessary.

I'm aware of operating general office equipment, including binding, audio typing and word processing. Policies and procedures are an essential part of any organisation and provide a day-to-day operation.

In my previous post, I was responsible for inputting data into school money, for children's lunch orders and using the payment portal for parents to pay for school dinners, school trips and uniforms. In addition to handling phone calls, emails, and letters, this included filing, photocopying, banking, counting money, maintaining records and other clerical tasks. I can maintain my workload, by prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently. I am familiar and confident using Microsoft packages and technology, including iPads.

I am completely aware of the different procedures and policies to follow, in any organisation. I’m aware of the health and safety responsibilities of taking care of my own and other's health & safety in accordance with training and instruction.
