At Millers Vanguard i was responsible for all the internal recruitment, a company of over 450 employees, ensuring alignment with the organisations staffing and talent needs.

I Developed and implemented effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across various departments.

Key areas of the role:

  • Drafting recruitment advertisements.
  • Posting advertisements on various job boards.
  • Screened candidates, conducted interviews and selected ideal talent to fill open roles.
  • Conducting telephone-based screening on a daily basis.
  • Ensuring all internal staff receive regular recruitment updates by way of updating internal screens, email updates, etc.
