Born and bred in Pembrokeshire and surrounding counties I have a wealth of knowledge of the area and have built many relationships over the years which definitely could be a great advantage.
Main duties carried out in my current role as a sales negotiator for Chandler Rogers Estate Agent in Tenby include property put on's, writing property descriptions, taking and editing photos and creating floor plans, negotiating and closing sales for clients, accompanying clients on viewings and actively selling the property, overcoming objections and advising clients how to best present the property.
Prior to my current role I worked for Purplebricks covering Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire. Similar duties as my current role as but I was required to work from home. This demanded technical and soft skills such as excellent time management, organisational and communication competencies. It was extremely important to keep myself motivated along with being competent on the software used, all training was done over teams. I proved to be very successful in this role and was competent working alone, although am equally happy working as part of a team.
The most important part of the role was being required to upsell additional products and self generate leads such as booking in valuations and converting to publications. Upselling mortgage products, surveys and conveyancing. Keeping clients updated, conducting market reviews and liaising with all parties including solicitors to chase for completion was all in a days work.
Various managerial tasks were fulfilled whilst being employed with Admiral Insurance as a Sales assistant manager for Home & Car insurance. I love to work closely with people, help and advise them, but most of all I do it for the buzz and gratification I get for doing a great job. This specific role required me to actively drive performance on my team, whilst at the same time maintaining my own performance again proving excellent time management skills.
Thriving off fast paced environments, I'm extremely competitive and this gives me drive to do my best at all times. I get a great feeling of satisfaction knowing I have completed the job to the highest standard.
