  • Completion of compliance tasks such as appointing/removing a director, Issue/ transfer shares, prepare and submit company dissolution (DS01 submission) and annual Confirmation Statement, change of director/company address, company incorporation

Originally started the company as PA to Director providing all round administration services. The role quickly evolved to incorporate other aspects of running a practice. Bringing back in-house the outsourced payroll function and thereby offering a complete suite of accountancy services.


I have very strong organisational skills and learn new skills very quickly. As well as working as a very proficient team member, I also work well on my own initiative. Taking sole responsibility for the payroll department.
