I am a compassionate and motivated newly qualified Adult Nurse, with clinical experience across NHS wards, community, residential care, and transferable administrative and entrepreneurial skills from previous roles. I am currently employed as a Healthcare Assistant within Mersey West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals, supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care within a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.
I have strong clinical communication, patient advocacy, organisational, and teamwork skills, and I actively sought additional practical experience in the emergency department, phlebotomy, rehabilitation support, and clinics.
I am recognised for my enthusiastic and confident approach and the ability to build positive therapeutic relationships with patients, relatives, and colleagues.

I advocated for a patient experiencing memory difficulties by introducing a communication notebook to support daily updates between healthcare staff, the patient, and family members. I encouraged consistent use during handovers to improve continuity of communication, reduce patient anxiety, and promote family involvement in care planning.
