  • Offering procedural guidance on change management activities such as departmental restructuring, job evaluation, recruitment, and redeployment.
  • Serving as a core member of Academic Staffing Committee providing frontline support across academic probation and promotion processes, including reviewing promotion applications.
  • Oversee all Exit Interviews, analysing feedback to shape working practices and inform role descriptions.
  • Led organisation of external training initiatives for academic and Professional Services colleagues, strengthening working relationships and embedding values of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I).

  • Providing training and inducted staff in resort to include responsibility for staff development.
  • Supervising resort staff (approximately 35) at Izmir airport, to include planning the logistics for transferring holiday makers to five resorts, dealing with flight delays, hotel overbookings and all travel related queries.

I became a Director of IET (multi-trust academy) in September 2019 to February 2025 and was the Chair of the People, Pay and Performance committee. I supported the board of Directors with all strategic HR decisions. I stepped down from the Board in February 2025 to support the family business.
