  • Support Line Managers with employee relations – disciplinary and grievance issues, absence and performance management issues.
  • Attend monthly meetings with managers to assist in all aspect of their team demands, i.e. any absence issues, probationary enquires, training support etc.
  • Ensuring all employee documentation is up to date on the HR Software system and apply changes as required, i.e. role changes, salary increases and training etc.

Custom Section

  • Running is a huge part of my life, from weekly park runs through to regular half marathons and the achievement of completing the London Marathon. Also I am now diversifying and training for Triathlons.
  • I actively support my daughter with her swimming, running and triathlon activities. With swimming I hold an Officials Judge Level 2 and Team Manager qualifications to support swimming galas across the county.
