Lisa Duggan

Lytham St Annes

Summary

For the last 20 years I have been employed in a large 3 form mainstream primary school as a member of the Special Educational and Disabilities team (SEND) along with being the Behaviour Mentor for the setting. My role revolved around providing support, guidance and motivation to ensure all students could try and realise their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment, also supporting and liaising between staff. De-escalating high intensity situations, providing vital 1:1 and group support as well as ensuring all paperwork was complete on time and to an exceptional standard are all duties with which I’ve applied myself too wholly for the last few years of my career. Duties and skills which I carry with me and intend to bring into a new role.
