Up until recently I have been volunteering where my mum lives. This was situated in an assisted living complex. I helped my mum run the bingo sessions there. This involved handing out bingo cards and collecting money. I also handed out their winnings. This involved chatting to the residents and residents of the nearby bungalows. It also involved some problem solving if they had any queries and I would report them to the scheme manager if appropriate. This job also required me to set up the bingo and put it away and ensure the space was put back into order. So it was clean and safe for the residents.

I qualified as a nail technician and worked for myself. This involved chatting to clients ensuring everything was clean and up to standard for the safety of the clients.

This was a temporary role. It was an extremely busy environment, as it was situated in the city centre. My role was till work were I also had to promote the company's special offers. It involved working on the shop floor, assisting customers and stacking shelves. Occasionally I would be involved with stocktaking.
