Summary

I have dedicated over 26 years to the field of education, working my way up from a midday assistant to serving as a Headteacher for five years. I left this role in July 2024 and have spent the time renovating my new property and starting my own business with my daughter.

Despite this exciting new venture, my passion for teaching remains strong, and I am eager to stay connected to the aspects of education that bring me the most joy.

My experience has given me an insight into how a school changes as it develops and that it has given me an armoury of strategies to tackle whatever the future may hold. I am extremely determined and open minded person and this has helped me to be in the position I am in today. My passion for children’s learning leads me to undertake challenges and face them positively and a belief that I can make a difference. My commitment and reliability means that I will strive to help children reach their aspirations whatever their barriers.
