In January of 2024 I continued my progression and moved into the role of Sales Rep and having built excellent relationships with our customers I moved into the role of Sales Manager.

My job involves both direct sales and tendering. I work with independent businesses and large groups. I prepare proposals on pricing and service levels, deliver presentations targeted to the clients needs.

Customer Service is a key part of my job and I work to resolve any problems quickly to the customers satisfaction.

I prepare monthly reports and filter back information on market share , missed opportunities and potential leads to our sales team and directors.

As part of a team I work to be encouraging to my colleagues and actively add to a positive work environment.

I consistently meet targets for the month and year.
