 I am a passionate, creative and effective primary school teacher with 4 years of experience in developing and implementing diverse and creative curriculums. I am highly skilled at motivating pupil's through positive encouragement and reinforcement of concepts via interactive classroom instruction and observation. I have been very successful in helping pupil's reach their full potential with their Literacy, Numeracy and Health and Wellbeing. I am able to foster positive working relationships with all pupil's easily and I make it a priority of mine to know all my pupil's on an individual basis.      I ensure that my work environment is organised and can be used as a tool for learning. I do this through the use of ‘working walls' which are co-constructed with pupil's and showcase all of their own learning that they can refer back to throughout various learning activities. I have a passion for education and supporting children and young people to reach their full potential. My undergraduate degree is Childhood & Youth Studies. I undertook several academic placements in education establishments ranging from Early Years settings, Primary schools to Secondary schools. I gained a solid understanding and knowledge of the Curriculum for Excellence and undertook professional learning as required which I believe has provided me with a strong foundation when assessing, supporting and teaching children and young people. I strongly believe my experience working with pupil's in mainstream settings, additional support needs settings, and with my personality, unique skills set and qualifications, I would be an excellent addition to an UAE school. I am eager to start a teaching career in Dubai and demonstrate outstanding standards of teaching and learning, with a passionate, enthusiastic, creative and dynamic attitude which I believe to be important components in all schools in Dubai.
