    During my previous roles I have used my communication skills with customers and guests to ensure that they have the best experience I am always ready to answer any questions or recommend any solutions which may fix an issue they are experiencing There have been times where customers may not be 100% satisfied with the provided service, however, I handle confrontation calmly and I am able to defuse the situation at hand, with patience and listening to the issue Additionally, I favour strong communication amongst colleagues, not only does it ensure a smoothly operated system, but it also helps to understand each other and how to work as a solid team In fast-paced environments, people do become stressed, and I have learnt that it is important to listen to their annoyances and help find a way to overcome them
