  • I worked in a small team to negotiate and complete renewals of Tenancy Agreement’s. I really enjoyed my role and found it rewarding when successfully renewing tenancies for Clients. Every working day, I came across different hurdles and scenarios which I had to resolve, I found this particularly stimulating.
  • On a daily basis I liaised with clients on the telephone and via Email to agree the terms and conditions of their Tenancy Agreement. I had to ensure that the terms of the contract were correct and that there were no mistakes.
  • I worked covering many areas that included, South East, London and Oxfordshire. This allowed me to experience the different types of client and enabled me to recognise the high expectation of each individual client and how to build a rapport with each one.
  • I had to achieve a minimum of 30 renewals each month and collectively, we had to complete 200 renewals between four of us. Each day, I had to make 30 calls to clients and also answer as many calls as possible. This meant I was extremely motivated to exceed my targets each month.
