Lily Harewood

I am currently a front of house member at a very fast moving restaurant. I am responsible for service standards, making sure guests are happy and dealing with out of restaurant orders as we offer deliveroo/ uber eats. I have Participated in a variety of marketing events for Wagamama such as the “run Reigate” events sampling workshops outside the restaurant and also in restaurant. My roles as a waitress include not only serving tables, I also do bartending, deliveroo, prep chef work, potwash and hosting.

For a year I worked as a bartender/waitress at the beefeater. I started off as a bartender then moved onto juggling both bartending and waitressing. This was my first job with table service and built my confidence for the future.

I joined Starbucks Gatwick as a step up from my first job, whilst working there I learnt how to Maintain cleanliness of the café area whilst preparing orders. I worked with guests From all over the world and quickly learnt how to adapt and communicate with different language barriers.

i worked at a small cafe called priory farm, where I undertook A range of duties including dish washing, waitressing, meeting and greeting customers upon arrival and occasionally barista work. I learnt to Manage cash handling and payment processing with attention to detail and accuracy.
