- I was asked to waitress at Dauntsey summer ball, this is where year thirteens have a celebration assembly of their time at the school and have a meal and drinks with their families in the day; and during the evening the sixth formers are all invited to have a meal with their families where the school provides a band.
- My job during the day was to first of all set up all the tables with the cutlery and glasses and then serve the parents and students drinks. After the assembly had finished, they all came out and had cream teas which we had set up. there was then a quick turn around where we had to re-do the tables for the ball where I helped serve the food which the school had prepared for 500 people.
- Facilitated smooth flow of service by effectively coordinating service with other wait staff, hosts and kitchen staff.
